This site and the VOKPIT app are published, on a non-professional basis, by a private individual based in France who has chosen to remain anonymous, as French law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy allows. Subscriptions
Subscriptions to the Motorcycle mode are bought only in Google Play and in the App Store, which collect the payment and handle renewal, cancellation and refunds. The terms of sale and use cover the rest: what is free, the trial, the right of withdrawal, the legal guarantees and recourse to the consumer mediator.
Consumer mediator: [name, postal address and website of the mediator, to be completed before the first subscription is sold]. It is free for you, after a written complaint to the publisher (article 13 of the terms).
Intellectual property
The VOKPIT name, its logo, the app, and the texts and images of this site are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or reuse without the publisher's consent is prohibited, except where the law allows it. The app relies on open-source components, whose authors and licences are listed in the app (About › Open-source licences).
Personal data and cookies
The privacy policy describes the data processed by the app and our servers, and your rights.
This site sets no cookie. It counts its visits with Umami, an open-source analytics tool installed on our own server, in Amsterdam (Netherlands): the page read, the page you came from, the browser, system and device type, the language, and the country and approximate city, derived from the IP address, which is not kept. Nothing is written to your device to recognise you, and a browser that asks not to be tracked ("Do Not Track") is not counted. These statistics only tell us which pages are read; they are kept 25 months at most. All the site's scripts are served by the site itself; none comes from a third party.
