In an emergency, call 112. VOKPIT's SOS alert is not an emergency service: no assistance centre receives it.
Write to us
Write to [contact address to come] with your phone (model, Android or iPhone), the app version (in the settings, under "About") and what happened. We answer within 15 days at most.
Manage or cancel a subscription
- Bought in the App Store (iPhone): Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, or the "Cancel or manage my subscription" button in the app's Store. Refund requests go to Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com (article 16 of the terms of sale).
- Bought in Google Play: Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions in Google Play, or the same button in the Store.
